There is no build fee. From the day your site goes live you pay £39 a month, for at least 3 months (£117 in total). After that you can cancel in any month. The £39 covers hosting, SSL, updates, backups, 30 minutes of edits a month and your Google Business Profile setup. Your domain name is separate: you register it in your own name and pay the registrar directly, usually around £10 to £15 a year. The other path, Own it, is £149 once, plus the care plan at £39 a month only if you want it. The £149 is paid when you approve the preview, before the build starts. The £39 is invoiced from go-live, then monthly.

You do. Your domain is registered in your name. Your code and content are yours from go-live. Hosting stops when your last paid month ends, and I hand over the code and content so you can take them to any host or developer. Some pay-monthly web firms keep ownership and tie you in for 12 months. I do neither.

A short screen-recorded video that I send within 2 working days of taking your request. In it I look at what is costing you enquiries: your Google profile, how fast your site is on a phone, how much a stranger would trust it, and how you show up in AI search. You also get a preview of a new homepage. Free to anyone who asks, whether or not you buy. There is no obligation, and I never ask for card details. I take a limited number each week. If I can’t do yours, I’ll say so within 2 working days.

Yes, openly. I use modern tools, AI included, to build fast. I review everything before it goes live, and nothing goes live until you have seen it and said yes.

Yes. I work remotely with clients across the UK, and I also build for clients in Czechia, in English or Czech. Email, messages, video calls and written updates do the job wherever you are. Prices on this site are in pounds.

The teardown and preview arrive within 2 working days of me taking your request. An Own it site goes live within 48 hours of me receiving your complete content, and the clock pauses while I wait on you, which is the usual delay. A multi-page Business website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. For the Monthly path and bigger builds, I agree a date with you before work starts.

There are 5 founding places at these rates. In return you agree to two things: give me honest feedback about two weeks after launch, and let me show the work as a case study. I don’t ask for a positive review, only an honest one. If I publish your feedback, it is in your words, unedited, kind or critical. You can say no, and your price doesn’t change either way. Any feedback I show is labelled, for example: “Founding client. No build fee, in exchange for honest feedback.”
